Credit cards are only accepted for invoices under $2,000. All other invoices must be paid with cash, cashier's check (no personal checks) or wire transfer. Wire transfer instructions will be sent out via email after invoices have been generated. If your purchase is tax exempt, you have five (5) days from the auction end date to submit your tax exempt forms to jp@gritauctions.com. Please verify your invoice has been adjusted correctly prior to your scheduled pick up. All items are to be removed during the Scheduled Removal Times If you do not remove your items during the scheduled removal times, you WILL BE CHARGED A $25 Holding Fee for these items being held on our lot for you. All Items Are Sold As-Is Where-Is on Location and Will Be the BUYERS Responsibility to remove Without Causing Damage to the property. Please always remember to read descriptions on the lots you are bidding on. LOADING ASSISTANCE WILL BE PROVIDED ON SITE. We have forklifts and will help load according to your scheduled time; please be patient and respectful when waiting to be loaded. If you would like assistance with loading, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during load-out, including damage to your items/property, vehicle, trailer or other property.
