Starting bid is $1,500 per acre and sells subject to owner approval of the final bid. Winning bid will be multiplied times 30.84 acres to determine the final bid price. A 10% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price to determine the final purchase price. Please attend one of our open houses to view the property prior to bidding or call for a private showing. Open house dates are Friday July 11th 5pm and Monday July 21st 5pm. Please have financing arranged prior to bidding. A $5,000 nonrefundable deposit and signed purchase offer will be required by Wednesday July 30th by 5pm. The deposit will go toward your purchase price, it is not an additional fee. Deposit can be made at our office and will be held in escrow until closing. Closing to take place in approximately 60 days after the auction ends and paperwork is signed.
