PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard , Discover, American Express & Cash. All credit cards will be charged immediately after the closing of the auction. If you want to pay cash for your items at pickup please state so in the "Notes to the Auctioneer" section in the registration process or email office@theruckmangroup.com. If your items are not paid for and picked up on Saturday July 12th 10am-12pm your items will be forfeited and will become the property of The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. SHIPPING: We will be shipping on select items for this auction through Pakmail in Mt. Vernon. Shipping is at your expense. By agreeing to these terms you understand that Pakmail is a third party shipping company and that The Ruckman Group Auctions & Appraisals is not held liable for shipping costs or loss or damage of items in shipping. Unpaid shipping invoices over two weeks old will be considered abondond items and will become property of the auction company with no refunds given. Local pick-up in Mt.
