It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items prior to bidding, and no representations are made regarding the condition, authenticity, completeness, or functionality of the items. All sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges. Once the auctioneer says “sold,” ownership transfers to the winning bidder, who assumes full responsibility for the item(s). A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases paid with cash, and a 14% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases paid with credit or debit cards. Accepted payment methods include cash and major credit/debit cards—no checks will be accepted. Local Line Auctions LLC is not responsible for accidents, theft, damage, or injury occurring before, during, or after the auction event, whether on or off the premises. All auctions are conducted in accordance with New York State laws and regulations, and bidders must comply with all applicable laws, including those relating to the purchase, possession, and transport of certain items. Items must be picked up within the posted removal timeframe. Items not removed may be considered abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. By placing a bid, you are entering into a legally binding agreement to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
