4. We do not provide any details prior to the sale or offer pre-sales.

5. BRING YOUR OWN MUSCLE. Our team is unable to help with moving/loading items.

6. You are purchasing items from the homeowner, not CAIT'S®. We do not guarantee or warranty any items and are not responsible for any items left behind by customers.

7. WATCH YOUR STEP at all times.

8. NO public restrooms, NO large bags, NO outside food/drinks.

9. Verbal/physical disputes of any kind amongst customers will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any item/customer from a sale in any such instance.

10. We reserve the right to refuse customer entry at our discretion.

11. Due to circumstances beyond our control, such as limited space, multiple sales, and/or an owner's decision not to include a sale item after photos were taken, you may find not all items will be at the sale.
