Preview Date- Preview by appointment only. If you have specific items to preview call Mike Walker. You must be registered for the auction in order to preview any item and will have to supply your name and phone number at the preview.

The larger items will be taken to the Cookeville, TN UPS store for packing and shipping. THIS WILL BE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE ONLY WAY FOR UPS TO BE RESPONSIBLE IN CASE OF DAMAGE! The UPS Store charges $ 59.00 for the box, packing a guitar plus shipping. With electric guitars, they can pack two to a box plus shipping. We will transport the guitars and larger heavy items to the UPS store for a fee of $ 20 per item. You will then be responsible for contacting the UPS store to make arrangements for shipping and payment. We put the weight and dimensions in the description of amps and speakers, so you can calculate estimated shipping cost yourself. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. It is Bidder's responsibility to determine if any item is legal where they live. There are no refunds for any reason. By placing a bid, Bidder acknowledges that her or she has viewed the items online to his or her satisfaction and chooses to bid on the items at his or her sole risk. WAR will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the items. BIDS CANNOT BE REMOVED UNLESS IT IS AN OBVIOUS TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR. Everything MUST be paid for in full by 10:00 AM CST, Thursday July 24H,2025 NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST BE PAID IN FULL IN ORDER TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS.
All purchases will be billed to the credit card you registered with. Please do not use a Debit Card to register! The buyer's will be charged 15% buyer�s premium PLUS 3.5% CREDIT CARD FEE at the close of the auction. Factor this into your bids please!
If credit card is declined, the bidder will still be responsible for payment of the original purchase and the costs of collection and credit card convenience fee, of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
Auctioneer, in his sole discretion, reserves the right, and may extend the end date of the auction or deem the auction cancelled at any time during the auction, and may remove any lots at any time before or during the auction.
Credit Card Hold: A $50.00 hold may be placed on your card when you place your first bid for this auction. If you do not pay for your auction purchases on time, then the credit card hold will be applied towards the 15% relisting fee. If you use a credit card to secure your account, the auction deposit will take the form of credit card authorization and will count against your credit limit for the duration of the authorization (7-10 business days). Do Not use a Debit Card to secure your account. THIS CAN RESULT IN MULTIPLE PROBLEMS! WAR highly recommends you secure your account with a credit card and is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of a debit card to secure your bidding account. Add a debit card at your own risk.
WAR is providing internet only bidding for this auction. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against WAR, or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. WAR will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Bidder�s must register a minimum of two hours prior to the auction close time. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should place their maximum bids at least two hours prior to the auction closing time. WAR reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog any items in this auction at any time. In the event of any software problem, mistake or other issue, WAR reserves the right to extend the closing times, stop, restart or cancel this auction at any time,at its sole discretion. BUYER'S PREMIUM, CREDIT CARD CHARGE: A buyer's premium of TEN percent (15%) will be added to the high bid to determine the final sales price for the auction lot and a (3.5%) credit card fee will also be added. Due to the rise in cost and fees from HiBid and credit card processors, we are no longer able to absorb this fee into the buyer�s premium.

NO RESERVES: Each lot will sell to the highest bidder without reserve.
NO BUY BACKS: All sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned to the auction.
NO RETURNS: All sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, bid retractions or adjustments.
PAYMENT: Payment in full is due at the conclusion of the auction. WAR accepts the following forms of payment:

If you wire any funds you will need to add $15.00 to your total prior to sending your wire. WAR reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
AUCTION ENDING: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for five lots each minute in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional two (2) minutes.
SOFT CLOSE GROUPS: Items in this auction have been placed in soft close groups. The above notwithstanding, if a bid is placed in the last 2 minutes remaining for any item in the soft close group, bidding for all items in the soft close group will remain open for an additional 2 minutes.
OUTBID NOTIFICATION: The bidding software will notify bidders when they have been outbid. In the case of equal bids, the earliest bid received will be the winning bid. If a higher bid is subsequently withdrawn or removed, the auctioneer shall have the right to accept the next highest bid.
BUYER DEFAULT: If, after the Payment Period has ended, the Buyer does not make full payment in accordance with the terms set forth above, the Buyer is considered in default and their Auction Item(s) will be re-listed in an Online Auction and a 15% re-listing fee (which You agree is a reasonable estimate of the minimum damages incurred by WAR, as a result of Your failure) will be charged to their account. The re-listing fee is based upon the original selling price of the Auction Item. By registering a valid credit card with Walker Auction & Realty LLC, the Buyer authorizes Walker Auction & Realty LLC to charge applicable re-listing fees to the credit card.
DEBT COLLECTION & INTEREST CHARGES: The bidder agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Walker Auction & Realty LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the bidder. The bidder agrees that a fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due Walker Auction & Realty LLC. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Wilson County, Tennessee.
WAR may refuse a buyer's number and bidding privileges to anyone for any reason. Bidder agrees to provide any identification WAR may request, including but not limited to: Driver's license, photocopies of credit cards, Social Security card or US Passport. Bidder agrees to comply with any stated additional terms or conditions associated with items that may be offered for sale. If your HidBid score is 5 or below you will not be allowed to bid.
Auctioneer, its agents, employees and family members will be allowed to bid in this auction. We like stuff too!
GUARANTY AGREEMENT: By submitting a bid in the name of a business entity or corporation, the individual submitting the bid enters into a guaranty agreement whereby he or she personally guarantees payment to Walker Auction & Realty LLC of any bid amount not paid when due by the business entity or corporation, for any reason, together with all collection expenses incurred to enforce collection, including a reasonable attorney's fee.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY If, for any reason, WAR is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of WAR, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
BIDDER INFORMATION & SECURITY: All registration information the bidder provides to Walker Auction & Realty LLC, shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. MARK HOWELL CUSTOM GUITAR AUCTION Here is a partial guitar collection up for auction by middle Tennessee native, Mark Howell. Mark was born in Nashville and raised in Lebanon, TN. He started playing guitar at 12 years of age and has been playing in local and traveling bands for over 45 years. He has a deep passion for electric guitars and loves everything about them. He modifies, builds, sets up, and creates some really fun guitars. He has created his own Howell Custom instruments that he has used to play shows with for many years. These guitars are considered �players� and have been gigged quite a bit so, although they have some battle scars, they were very loved and are steeped with many memories. Mark is planning a move out of state soon and would like to let go of these cool guitars. He hopes that you will enjoy them as much as he has.
