Company Overview Founded in 2004, CMBC leveraged over 70 years of combined alcohol industry experience to launch innovative beverage products, beginning with a line of value malt liquors under the Four O label. Over the following two decades, CMBC expanded into craft beers, spirits, and wines—becoming one of the largest private label alcoholic beverage providers by volume in the United States.
