1,a. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to ban any bidder that violates the terms and conditions. 1,b. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason we feel is warranted. 2. Lizzie B's Auction House reserves the right to remove any item from any auction we are administering prior to the fall of the hammer. Once, during a "Live Auction", the auctioneer pronounces an item sold, the contractual responsibilities between buyer and seller are binding. The same applies for the "Online Auction" once the countdown is complete. 3. All bidders must be at least 18 years old. 4. All items are subject to local sales tax, CURRENTLY 8.25%. If you have a tax exempt status, please contact us to get it on file and registered in your bidder profile prior to EOA (the end of auction). 5,a. 13% buyer's premium (BP) will be added to each item purchased. For example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer pays $113 which includes the 13% buyer's premium. 5,b. We have a 3% discount on BP for cash purchases. Using the same example, if an item is won for $100, the buyer pays $110 which includes the 10% (13%-3%) buyer's premium. 6. If payment is made prior to pick up, buyers, or buyer's agent, must have a paid receipt at time of pickup or have buyer contact us and be able to show proper identification. 7,a. PAYMENT/ PICK UP: Pick-up (BY APPOINTMENT) is Sun. 3APRIL2016 from 2-6pm & Mon. 4APRIL2016 from 10am - 6pm. All lots in this auction are at the 6401 Long PointHouston, TX 77055 warehouse. Previews & Pick-up must be scheduled to make sure there is personel at the warehouse when you want to get there. These are the only scheduled PU dates. Payment must be received by the last scheduled pick up date, starting the 5th of April 2016, there will be a $5 a day per invoice fee for late payment, all payments are required to close the auction & pay consignee(s). Payment accepted in US Dollars by cash (3% BP discount), credit card, or Pay Pal [make Pay-Pal payment to Cooper-Jeanie@gmail.com {please NOTICE Jeanie ONLY has ONE n }] If you fail to pay your invoice, you will be banned from bidding in future auctions until all payments and fees are settled and you file a Credit card for instant payment in future auctions. 7,b. Starting the 5th of April 2016, there will be an additional $5 a day per invoice storage fee for late pick-up. If iems still are not picked up within a week (12APR2016), the items will be considered abandoned and/or forfeited. Ownership will revert back and the items will be re-offered in a future auction. Please dress for safety and appropriately for your safety when picking up. Buyer is responsible for all dismantling, rigging, crating, loading and/or hauling. Each of these is at buyer's risk and expense. Lizzie B's nor our consigners provide personnel or equipment for loading! PLAN ACCORDINGLY! 7,c. Shipping is available at actual cost including insurance (required) plus 25% from 77055 If you are having your item shipped, you must first pay the invoice then surrender a credit card with the information required to charge it. We will charge your card the receipt price from the post office plus 25% OR Successful Buyers are welcome to arrange their own shipping. In this case, the Buyer is responsible for their agent's actions and/or tardiness. 8. UNPAID ITEMS: Bidders that do not fulfil their financial requirements WILL BE banned from future auctions. In order to be reinstated, the delinquent bidder must first pay off any and all funds outstanding then said buyer will be required to file a credit card for future payments in order to bid. 9. Any items that are not settled by 6pm April 12th will be considered abandoned by buyer. Do not bid if there are any reasons preventing you from fulfilling your obligation as a buyer. You WILL be held financially responsible for your bid(s) and lose your merchandise. 10. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Lizzie B's Auction House will give a description of all items to the best of our ability. If an item is listed as "working", this means that the item at minimum powered on at time of listing. If an item is tested and it does not work, we will list it as not working or not list it at all. If not tested, we will not use "working" or "not working" in the listing/ wording. AGAIN, We strongly recommend that bidders inspect all items during the scheduled preview. Call for appointment. 12. SOFT CLOSE/BID EXTENSION: Our auction lots close by a soft close. The closing time of a lot is extended by 5 minutes when a bid is received on that lot in the last 5 minutes of the lot auction. This is to allow other bidders a chance to change their bid if they so choose, much like a live auction. 13. STAGGER: There is a 30 second stagger between each lot. The first lot will begin ending at the designated time, the second lot 30 seconds later, and so on. This is to allow more convenient bidding as not all items end at once. 14. Most Lots start at $2.50 and ALL run without reserve, this is an absolute auction. There occasionally will be a few items that will have higher starting bids . 15. On regular Lots, 10% of the buyer's premium and on donated Lots 100% of the profit (these items will be marked as "Benefit") will go to support Serve Outdoors Matagorda and Lone Star Chapters in any and all of Lizzie B's auctions. 16.
