Auction closing is staggered at 5 lots per minute with a 3-minute extension on competitive bidding. That means if you plan to wait until the last minute to place your bid - another bidder can do the same extending the active bidding out 3 minutes per bid. You must REFRESH the page to see active bidding. Pick Up: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. We are not responsible for items left behind. Plan and prepare in advance. All items must be removed from the premises during the designated time frame.
