Terms and Conditions of Auction
15% Buyers Premium applies. Buyer must pickup items within the specified time frame stated. All Items are sold "As Is", "Where Is" with no warranties or guarantees expessed or implied by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions. It is the Buyers responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding. All sales are final. In the event of non-payment of item, the bidder shall assume all court costs associated with collection of payment in court. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Maury County, Tennessee. Ea Auctioneers and Auctions has attempted to provide accurate descriptions of all items, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitabilitry of each lot. Printed statements and/or descriptions by Ea Auctioneers and Auctions and its staff are provided in good faith and are matters of opinion.

No Buybacks: Sellers are contractually prohibited from bidding on lots they have consigned/contracted to the auction.

Soft Close: This auction has a soft close feature, meaning if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of a lot closing then time will be extended an additional two (2) minutes onto the time left remaining.

Example of Stagger Close: This auction features a stagger close which means items/lots end in several second increments. Each auction may have a different stagger time amount. Larger auctions will have a smaller stagger time to ensure the entire auction ends in a timely manner. An example of a stagger close is this. The auction is set to start ending at 8:00 pm (EST) 7:00 pm (CST). This does not means all items/lots will end at 7:00 pm. If the stagger time is set to ten (10) seconds then lot #1 will end at 7:00:00 pm, lot #2 will end at 7:00:10, Lot #3 will end at 7:00:20 and so on until all lots have ended. NOTE: bidding can extend on a lot if a bid is placed within the last two (2) minutes of the item ending. See the paragraph above to explain the "soft close" feature.

This Online Auction will start Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 11:00 AM EST and 12:00 PM CST. The auction will end Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 7:00 PM EST and at 6:00 PM CST.

Preview will be held by appointment only on Thursday, July 24 and Friday, July 24, 2025 only, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:00 AM and 4:00 pm (cst) please contact Ea Auctioneers & Auctions to schedule a preview time at (931) 698-2220. Please preview all items prior to bidding as all Lots are selling "AS IS" "WHERE AS".

Pick-up for items will be on Friday, August 8 2025 (9:00 am - 4:30 pm CST and Saturday August 9, 2025 9:00 am (CST) - 4:30 pm (CST) ONLY! All items purchased must be picked up and paid for on this day. No exceptions. Please be prepared to pay and pick-up items on these days before you place a bid on any items. ANY ITEM NOT REMOVED BY THE PICKUP DEADLINE WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY. ONLINE BIDDERS WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CHARGED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE AUCTION.Pick-up Location 1413 Spainwood Drive Drive, Columbia, TN 38401 for all items (Watch for Ea Auctioneers & Auctions Signs). Merchandise becomes the full reponsibility of the bidder when the auctioneer says, "SOLD". Ea Auctioneers and Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In such event, the bidder will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property. NO SHIPPING OFFERED without prior notice and approval with Ea Auctioneers & Auctions regarding shipping of any items. All shipping cost will be at Buyer's expense. Ea Auctioneers & Auctions reserves the right not to ship any item.

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ON DESIGNTED PICK-UP DAY(S) WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED PROPERTY.
