All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS," with all faults and no warranties or guarantees.
A 13% Buyer's Premium applies to all winning bids.
8% sales tax will be added unless a valid resale certificate is provided before the auction ends.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

REGISTRATION & BIDDING
All participants must register prior to bidding.
By registering, bidders affirm they have inspected the items to their satisfaction or have voluntarily waived that right.
Bidding constitutes a legal and binding contract to purchase the item(s) if you are the winning bidder.
The auctioneer reserves the right to reject or revoke any bid or bidder registration at their sole discretion.

PAYMENT TERMS
A non-refundable deposit of up to $2,000 will be charged to the winning bidder's credit card immediately after the auction closes.
For purchases under $2,000, full payment is due immediately after the auction.
Remaining balances must be paid in full on pick-up day.
No items will be released without full payment.

PICK-UP & SHIPPING
Pick-Up Date: Thursday, June 12th from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Buyers will receive a confirmation text after the auction to arrange pick-up or shipping.
All buyers are responsible for the removal and transport of their items.
Shipping is available through Carolina Relocation Services LLC (CRS).
Buyers must reply to their paid-in-full invoice on pick-up day to request shipping.
Any items not picked up by the end of the scheduled time will be considered abandoned and may be resold with no refund to the original buyer.

TIPS FOR AUCTION STAFF
Auction staff will assist with item handling during pick-up.
Tipping is not required, but is greatly appreciated as a recognition of their hard work.
