Failure to inspect an item prior to bidding/buying in no way relieves the buyer from the obligation to pay for and pick up any items. All sales are final at the close of bidding on each lot. **NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN! • Full payment will be due at pick-up by cash, in-state check, or credit/debit card. A 3.5% convenience fee will be added to the final total for credit card purchases. • 6% Kentucky Sales and Use tax will be added to the final selling price on every invoice unless a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file with the auctioneer. You can email a copy of your certificate to auctions@haleyauctionsandrealty.com or complete a certificate including your exemption number when you pick up your items. • Failure to pick up your purchase within the designated hours will result in your credit card being charged and your purchase being declared abandoned and disposed of at the discretion of the auctioneer. Also, you may be barred from bidding on future auctions unless you have paid for your purchase on time and made specific arrangements with the auction company. • Items in this auction are offered 'online only' using an automatic extended bidding format. Any bid received within 3 minutes of the scheduled closing time of a lot will extend the bidding on that lot for 3 more minutes.
