PLEASE NOTE: Information Concerning

the KAMO Vehicles!

(1) We have sold KAMO Surplus for 40+ years.
(2) They always sell them at absolute Auction, no minimums, no reserves.
(3) They have always advised us of any KNOWN defects when they bring their units to us.

(4) When they gave us the list for this Auction there was not any notes concerning known mechanical problems.
(5) We get vehicles from them when they "time out" after they have been on their books for so long of a period.
(6) The trucks we are selling this year have more miles than usual,,,,, like everyone else, while there was a truck shortage for a while they couldn't get new trucks in. They usually sell between 150K & 175K miles, these are around 200K+.
(7) KAMO services the substations for the big cross country power lines,,, these trucks primarily run up and down Interstate 44 between Springfield & Oklahoma City, Highway miles not country road our out across a farmer's field miles. They haven’t been through creeks & ditches.
(8) They do not service their own vehicles, they do not have mechanics on duty or a garage/shop - they either go to the dealer or local garage for service & repairs.
(9) There are no service records, when they were due for oil changes they had them done, any mechanical issues they went to the garage. They never "patch" anything up, if something was not working correctly they had it fixed.
(10) Come by and look them over!  Of course they are selling as-is where-is, we always encourage Bidders to inspect before they bid!
(11) VERY IMPORTANT! Very Specific Instructions To Us From KAMO!  When they write off equipment as surplus they want it gone – DO NOT CALL KAMO FOR ANYTHING – there is no-one there for you to talk to – they WILL NOT give you information about anything – they WILL NOT tell you who drove the vehicles – there will be absolutely zero information available from KAMO period. If you want to continue to have the opportunity to purchase their vehicles locally please honor their request.
That's pretty well all I know about the KAMO Vehicles - KAMO is wonderful to work with, they have never led us astray. Come look them over!
