The seller will furnish a deed and preliminary title search. A 10% AUCTION FEE will be added to the final bid price to determine the total contract price on the real estate. Server, software technical or internet issues: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, or any other online auction related technologies, Holland Realty & Auctions Inc. reserves the right to extend the bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software nor Holland Realty & Auctions Inc. shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason.
