Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal, will incur additional expense.

You are STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or photographs in the catalog. Some items have been used and transported so many have dings or damage. Some items have been adjusted for screen use. TERMS: All items must be paid in full with a cashier’s check, cash, check with bank letter of guarantee or wire transfer. Major credit cards are accepted on any invoices under $2500; all invoices over that amount must be paid by wire transfer or cash. Cash payments over 10k must be accompanied by Form 8300.
Immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning bidder an invoice. Payment by card, for invoices totaling less than $2500, can be made using the link on the invoice.

REMOVAL:
Once full payment has been received, removal can begin. . Please do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with packing or loading.

ADDITIONAL REMOVAL TIME: Any pickups that are delayed beyond10 days of payment, due to any extenuating circumstances, will incur additional moving and storing fees.

SALES TAX: Applicable sales tax( 8.%) will be added to all assets UNLESS proper tax-exempt forms are brought with you to the auction, NO EXCEPTIONS.
