The Stratasys Polyjet J750 was originally purchased on April 24, 2018, for $441,464.86 CAD. As of May 6, 2025, the Polyjet J750 has been flushed with cleaning fluid and is now idle, following the manufacturer’s recommended shutdown procedures. It has an elapsed printing time of 3025 hours. There is light wear to the build plate on the upper left corner. Cured resin is present near the purge unit waste collector; this does not impact print quality.
Printer Components Replacement Timeline: 2019-06-19: Waste tray overflow - RHS UV lamp and Print Heads M0, M1, S0, and S1 replaced 2019-10-02: RHS UV lamp replaced 2020-09-10: Replaced Print Head 6-7 after system alerted to performance issue 2022-12-14: Replaced Print Head 4-5 after system alerted to performance issue 2023-04-15: Scraper blade replaced after bending 2023-08: Multiple nozzles were missing on Print Head 6-7. Replaced Print Head 6-7 with Print Head 2-3. Replaced Print Head 2-3 with New Print Head. 2023-10-13: Roller bath blade dented. Roller bath blade replaced. 2024-07-17: VPP Power to head received 0V.
