Please inspect pictures and ask questions (765-744-4526) prior to bidding and prior to the preview. All items are sold "AS IS-WHERE IS." Every bidder agrees that his/her decision to bid on an item and the amount that he/she bids are based solely on the bidder's inspection/evaluation of the auction item. Please come to the PREVIEW to inspect items before bidding. If you choose to not attend the PREVIEW, you forfeit any opportunity for dispute based on condition, completeness or satisfaction with your purchase.
2) Credit cards for purchases are run immediately following the auction close.
3) Credit cards with insufficient funds must be paid within 24 hours of the auction close. Invoices that are not paid within 24 hours are subject to the auctioneer's discretion.
4) Only our established buyers may make cash arrangements. New buyers will need to pay via credit card until credibility has been established.
5) It is your responsibility to know the pickup day and times.
6) ANY arrangements made for later pickup need to be made prior to the auction closing. There is a $10/lot pickup fee. Items will be held 7 days.
7) Shipping of small (<12") items may be available. There is a $10/lot handling fee in addition to the cost of postage. Please let us know in advance, if you intend to buy something that needs shipped. We have the right to refuse shipping large items or multiple breakable items. Thank you!
