Registration is Free, But Must Register with a Valid Driver's License
To Avoid Storage Fees, All Purchased Items MUST be Removed within 5 Business Days of the Auction, Contact us Prior to Sale Day for Special Removal Arrangements
All Sales are Final, Highest Bidder is Responsible for Purchasing the Item they Bid on
Winning Bidders/Buyer's will be held responsible to pay for ANY & ALL collection efforts on behalf of Watts Auction, Realty, and Appraisals, Inc. - This includes but is not limited to attorney fees, filing fees, collection fees that may be incurred by Watts in efforts to collect from unpaid bidders
Any Invoice not paid by TBD WILL BE subject to an additional 10% Late Fee
All Items Sold As-Is Where-Is, No Warranties Implied or Expressed
It is the Buyer's SOLE RESPONSIBILITY to confirm all information provided, preview, and inspect all equipment prior to sale day

Unless Stated "No Title" or the Altered State of the Title is Announced, All vehicles sold are presumed to convey with a clear title. Note that not all four-wheelers or side by sides have titles
It is the Buyer's Responsibility to do title research in regards to ownership and vehicle history based on the provided VIN numbers.
We Accept Cash, Checks, Wire Transfer ($10 Fee), and Credit/Debit Cards (4% Additional Fee on the Use of Credit/Debit Cards) - Wiring Instructions will be Provided Upon Request
All Information Provided is Deemed Reliable and True but is NOT Warranted by the Auctioneer, Auction Company, or Seller(s).
Inspection and Certification of Advertised Information and Property Sold is the Sole Responsibility of the Buyer.
