There is a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please) Please Note: We are UNABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sale, such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds and No Returns Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it.
