This is an Online Auction. NOTE: EVERYTHING IN THIS AUCTION IS LOCATED IN GREEN RIVER, WYOMING AND MUST BE PICKED UP THERE UNLESS YOU ARE PAYING TO HAVE SMALL, HAND-CARRIED ITEMS SHIPPED. THIS AUCTION HAS A TWO-DAY LOAD-OUT ON SUNDAY & MONDAY ONLY! At the conclusion of the auction, you will be emailed an invoice for your purchases that includes a link to schedule an appointment to pay and pick up. Please schedule an appointment.

Payment must be made online or BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, on location at (Address Posted Preview Day), Green River, WY 82935 on Sunday, August 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM and on Monday, August 25, 2025 from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. A standard 18.5% buyer’s premium applies to all purchases in this Auction. The buyer’s premium is discounted to 15% for cash and guaranteed check payments THE DAY AFTER THE AUCTION ONLY. Sales tax applies. Cash up to $5000.00, check with pre-approved bank letter of guarantee, MasterCard & Visa up to a total of $2500.00 are accepted payments. All other payments must be made with a bank wire or verifiable bank cashier’s check.

Everything is sold AS-IS with no refunds. Attend the previews and inspect the items in person. Nothing may be removed until paid for. Items not picked up during this load-out period (or shipped to you) will have a charge of $25.00 per lot and moving and storage charges added to the total amount due. Please pick up during the scheduled load-out times.

SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS ON SHIPPED HIGH-VALUE ITEMS: Due to increased fraud, purchasers of guns, gold, silver, coins, or other high-value items who want their purchases shipped, MUST pay with a bank wire or other certified funds. Credit card payments of any kind will not be accepted on those items from buyers unknown to RMEB. No returns will be accepted for any reason. Come inspect the items in person.

FIREARMS TERMS: Background checks will be conducted on all firearms. If you purchase a firearm and it is legal for you to take possession of the firearm in Wyoming, you must schedule an appointment and come to the on location load-out to pay and receive a paid invoice that will be stamped and allow you to go to the local FFL (who is located six minutes from the auction location) and submit your background check. The FFL will charge you $35.00 for the first firearm and $10 for each additional firearm. We will also offer shipping to the FFL of your choice, at your expense. The above FFL charges apply on shipped items as well as charges for packaging, boxes, packaging supplies, shipping, adult signature and insurance charges.

You must pay for all of your items on the scheduled days and times. Once we have given you a paid, stamped invoice, you may pick your firearm up from the FFL during these posted load out times or at anytime thereafter during the FFL’s regular business hours. Any firearms left with the FFL after September 4, 2025 shall have a storage fee of $5.00 per day charged. If and when the storage charge exceeds the total purchase price of the firearm(s), Buyer agrees the firearm(s) shall be forfeited to the FFL for storage charges with no recourse or refund due to the buyer. Make a plan to get your items picked up in a timely manner.
