Merchandise will be located at 2 different addresses: 1849 Highway 278 E (known as the J O Ranch) and at 636 Bowser Rd, Monticello.
This auction including the set up, the live preview and the pay and pick up day, will be managed by David Webb and family. Payment will be made to David Webb and not to Orrell Auctions.

Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash or good check only. Sorry, no cards on this one. Be sure to go by the ATM on the way!

On pick up day the office will be located at 1849 Hwy 278 East. All winning bidders will need to go there first to pay, pick up items you've won at that location, then if you won items at 636 Bowser Rd, proceed there with your paid receipt to pick up items there.

Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid before it is accepted. Be sure before you click.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time.

"No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME!
