Payment in full will be charged to the winning bidder upon the closing of the auction. 3.29% processing fee on card transactions. No credit card charge backs allowed. Mississippi 7% SALES TAX IS CHARGED unless a resale tax permit/exemption number is on file. All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS' without any guarantees or warranties from Auction 18, LLC. All item details can be found under the "Item Description" section of each listing. Auction 18, LLC. describes each item to the best of their ability. It is the sole responsibility of each bidder to personally inspect each item he/she wishes to bid on as well as carefully read the item descriptions. Items are sold AS IS with YOU making the decision in regard to authenticity.
