BIDDERS MUST COMPLY WITH THE AUCTION RULES TO BID AND PURCHASE AT THIS SALE IN PERSON OR ONLINE.
BE SURE TO CHECK BACK FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE SALE PRIOR TO BIDDING.
BY REGISTERING, ACCEPTING, AND RECEIVING A BIDDING IDENTIFICATION, YOU THE BIDDER AGREE TO ALL THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND RULES:
A 10% BUYER' PREMIUM of the final bid will be added to the final bid to arrive at the TOTAL PRICE the Buyer pays.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
PAYMENT: Cash, good check on a Tennessee Bank, Venmo, or PayPal, ONLY!
NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! NO EXCEPTIONS! The buyer must be prepared to pay, as above, and pick up your items bought at the times below BEFORE BIDDING!
BUYERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL ITEMS BOUGHT using their bidder identity obtained registering for this Sale from the moment the sale is indicated. The auction property may revert to the sellers if all terms, conditions, and auction rules are not met. When Buyers purchase one or more items, they are immediately obligated to pay for and remove ALL items purchased under their bidding registration. The Buyer cannot remove any item, or items, until payment is made and you have been issued a PAID invoice, receipt, or ticket.
ALL BUYERS MUST REMOVE ALL THE ITEMS IN THE LOTS BOUGHT. Do not leave any undesired lot portions behind! A $25.00 ASSESSMENT WILL BE BILLED TO THE BUYER for ANY items left on the premises.
VERY IMPORTANT: The Auctioneer or the Auction personnel are not responsible for any property after the Sale is indicated - after the indicated sale the property belongs to the buyer. It is the buyer's responsibility to protect and remove all items bought under their registration identity and suggested as quickly as possible.

ANY BUYER TAKING ANY ITEM BOUGHT BY ANOTHER BUYER, ACCORDING TO THE SALE RECORD, IS CONSIDERED THEFT AND PROSECUTABLE AS SUCH. Make certain you only remove items that you bought as evidenced by our sale record. ANY THEFT WILL BE PROSECUTED.
NO SHIPPING IS OFFERED! Buyers are responsible for making their own arrangements for picking up items bought under their registration within the dates and times announced, or by special arrangements with the Auctioneer's discretion. A $25.00 fee will be assessed for items not removed from the premises within the days and times announced or under special arrangements.
PICK UP TIMES:
Saturday, August 23, the day of sale - FROM 3 PM - until 6 PM.
Sunday, August 24, from 12 PM until 6 PM.
Monday, August 25, from 10 AM until 2 PM AT WHICH TIME ANY ITEMS NOT PAID FOR, LEFT ONSITE, OR THAT DID NOT SELL ONLINE, WILL REVERT TO THE POSSESSION OF THE SELLER TO BE SOLD IN BULK LOTS AT A LIVE ONSITE PUBLIC AUCTION ONLY, with pick up allowed until 6 PM and must be removed that day only! Contact Frank F. Baugh via call or text (615) 347-4705 for special arrangements made outside of the hours described herein. Special arrangements will incur a $25.00 fee.
The Auctioneer, Sale Agents, and all Auction personnel are in fact Agents for the Seller, only, and do not and cannot warrant the quality, quantity, authenticity, age, or final condition of any item, or articles, in the Online Only Sale - again you are buying "AS IS, WHERE IS." THEREFORE, it is the Buyer's responsibility to personally inspect the property to their entire satisfaction and use PRIOR to bidding, OTHERWISE they Buyer bids waiving their right of inspection.
Due to conditions public inspections may create the Auctioneers and/or Sales Personnel are not responsible for any items that are missing or damaged after the Catalog Lot illustration was created. We will do all possible to ensure the original lots of items are not displaced, missing, or damaged, but there are no guarantees or warranties of condition whatsoever.
Buyers MUST TAKE ALL ITEMS bought under their registration during the days and times announced, otherwise the items left will revert to the seller for disposal and a $25.00 fee will be assessed and billed to the Buyer for not removing ALL items bought at the Sale under their registration, or, additionally, any special arrangements made with the Auctioneer for other times outside these advertised dates and times.
Announcements and notices the day of the Online Sale take precedence over all prior advertising of any kind. The terms, conditions, advertising, and items of this Auction are subject to change without notice.
The Auctioneer reserves the right at the direction of the seller to remove items, add items, change terms, or items at any time prior to their Sale to the best benefit of the Buyer and the Seller, or to settle any disputes or correct mistakes. If there are questions, immediately contact the Auctioneer or Auction Agents for clarification. BE SURE TO CHECK BACK FOR ANY CHANGES TO THE SALE PRIOR TO BIDDING.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to sell in lots, to the best advantage of time and the Seller.
The Auctioneer reserves the right to control the size of the bids for the speed and clarity of the sale.
In the event of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer's record shall be final. Be sure to clarify and settle all disputes at the time of the sale. If any dispute arises after the Online Only Sale, our sale record is conclusive.
When the Auctioneer sells any item, the Buyer assumes ALL RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY for the lot and/or item from the moment the Auctioneer indicates the sale. No swapping permitted - you pay for what you buy using your bidding number.
The Auctioneers may reserve up to two business days to accurately confirm and invoice all sales.
The Auctioneer or Sale Personnel do not move any items purchased. All items purchased under the buyer's registration become the property of the buyer at the time the sale is indicated. Please do not ask any Auction Personnel to move or guard any items purchased for legal and insurance purposes and to avoid accidents or injury.
We appreciate your attendance and participation. Having read all the rules of this Online Only Auction Sale, if for any reason, you cannot or will not comply with these rules, do not bid. You are welcome to stay, in person, and observe. However, we must insist on strict compliance in every matter. Our aim is to have fair, honest Sale for both the Buyer and the Seller. Finally, A SPECIAL NOTICE TO BUYERS - IN REGISTERING TO BID, you, the Buyer, have read all the terms and rules of the Sale and agree to the provisions of TCA 62-19-124, a Tennessee Act allowing Auctioneers awards of Court costs and Attorney's fee in collections for Auctioneers.
