The following rules are individual to this particular sale and we ask for your cooperation and understanding in advance:

• Plan on being early for best selection and placement in line.
• Entrance inside the house is limited to a small number of buyers at a time determined by the order on the sign up sheet. 
• Buyers are allowed to browse and shop in the garage and backyard while waiting for entrance into the house. 
• No purses, backpacks or boxes will be allowed at this sale.  
• Wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, children and/or pets cannot be accommodated inside the house.
