Cash will release vehicle day of auction.  Otherwise, vehicle will be held until funds clear.  Title will be processed through estate and provided to buyers after auction date.  Buyer will be provided a bill of sale on auction day.

Parking-There will be no parking on Sunset Pl.  It is a small road and will only be utilized for pick up on auction day.  Please park on Bellemonte St or in surrounding neighborhood.
