Roger & Linda Lippelmann are moving and have chosen the online auction method to sell their persoanl property that they have chosen to not move. This will be the first of 2 sales. 1 Cabinet Grand Piano This is a beautiful instrument- is a Sterling Company Cabinet Grand piano - made in Derby, Connecticut. With column ornate front. Comes complete with a matching piano bench with plastic covered needlework seat. Remember, Most likely was done by Roger... 2 Sofa & Chair Set 7 foot upholstered sofa with matching Chair - both in very good condition and are very ornate vintage design and wood trim. Color is a "burnt orange". 3 Lift Chair Simulated leather lift chair that is in excellent condition. Works great and has several positions- not just up and down. Is a very nice unit. The color is a darker grey than what is showing in the picture-lighting in the room made the picture lighte... 4 Recliner Overstuffed, (we think leather) La-Z-Boy type recliner. Still works and the leather is in good condition. The color is just a little darker than picture shows. 5 Lamp Table Nice solid wood lamp table with drawer. Measures 14" x 24" and stands 24 inches high 6 2 Table Lamps Both of these table lamps are like new- are very nice. They did not match but together the light up a room. 7 Coffee & End Table Set Three piece table set with paw feet. Consisting of a glass top in-laid coffee table and pair of matching end tables.
