When placing Bids, the Bidder is accepting that the item meets their satisfaction with all faults or have chosen not to examine the item in person and accept it as is.
Rocking T Auction does not test or guarentee condition/authenticity or genuineness of items, inspections are encouraged by Bidder prior to the Auction. All Descriptions are believed to be true & correct with pictures being part of the item description. Each item sells in "As Is" condition, by Bidding you have on an item you have agreed to accept the item in it's "As Is" condition.

Pickup Date: Wed. Sept. 3rd 9am Central to 6pm Central if an alternate pickup date is desired a $25 charge will be paid in cash to reschedule a pickup.

If you wish to pay with Cash at the time of Pickup, please make that note to the Auctioneer when registering for the Auction. Also if you have requested to Pay in Cash at the time of Pickup, but fail to come Pickup your items on the scheduled Pickup Day, we will run the CC on file at the end of the scheduled Pickup Day for your items.

Unless alternate pick up arrangments are made, any items left after the pickup date will be charged $5.00 per lot per day Storage. Anything after 3 days with no arrangemnts made will be considered abandoned & forfeited with no refund , items will then become the propertry of Rocking T Auction.

By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Non-paying Bidders or frauduant Bidding are subject to legal actions and those Bidders will be barred from bidding at future Auctions

Rocking T Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction. We also reservethe right to bid on items for individuals who are unable to bid by internet and have left bids with us for items they desire.
