PAYMENT: Buyer's Premium: A buyers' premium of 4% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. 1st time bidders must be approved by auctioneer and will also have a 2 Vehicle Max and or $20,000 Limit. (Call David @ 734.368.1733) Braun and Helmer Auction Service accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier's Check, Personal or Company Checks. (Checks made to Braun and Helmer Auction Service.) Braun and Helmer Auction Service does not finance. No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted (unless approved). Funds must be organized and secured BEFORE the conclusion of the auction and winning bidders who fail to do this will be required to pay the $100 late fee for every day after the last pickup day that payment has not been received. The Michigan State sales tax (6%) will be paid at the Secretary of State. TITLE WORK: If paying with CASH or CASHIERS / CERTIGIED CHECK you will be given the title/s at pick up. If you pay by PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECK the title/s will be mailed via USPS by certified mail after 10 business days from the conclusion of the pickup. Not everyone has high speed internet and it make take longer for you to place your bids. Something to consider is that at the end of the auction, there may be multiple people attempting to bidding the same amount at virtually the same time. Because of this we do not guarantee that your bids will be executed to your satisfaction. Therefore, in order to minimize potentially missing a bid we recommend placing a Max Bid. The bidding increments for this auction will be $250.00 on the vehicles The auction company reserves the right to reject any bids for any reason. DEBT COLLECTIONS AND INTEREST CHARGES: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Service in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. If the winning bidder fails to settle their invoice, the buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance be paid due to Braun and Helmer Auction Service. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Service is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Service, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. Something to consider is that at the end of the auction, there may be multiple people attempting to bidding the same amount at virtually the same time. Because of this we do not guarantee that your bids will be executed to your satisfaction. Therefore, in order to minimize potentially missing a bid we recommend placing a Max Bid. The bidding increments for this auction will be $250.00 on the vehicles The auction company reserves the right to reject any bids for any reason. DEBT COLLECTIONS AND INTEREST CHARGES: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by Braun and Helmer Auction Service in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. If the winning bidder fails to settle their invoice, the buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance be paid due to Braun and Helmer Auction Service. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, Braun and Helmer Auction Service is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of Braun and Helmer Auction Service, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser. NON-PAYING & RESELLING In addition to the above, understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceed aggressively to rectify such situations. Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
