Back by popular demand…Fidelity Modified Seated Auction! This auction is slightly different from our other estate auctions. Most auctions are held at a private residence but several times a year we host a modified seated auction at Legacy Reception Hall in Phoenix. We call it a modified seated auction because we aren’t stuffy and you don’t have to sit…unless you want to! We give you the freedom to roam and preview and ask questions prior to the auction start and during the auction. The auction will be held indoors at a nice A/C cooled facility with plenty of chairs.

Back by popular demand…Fidelity Modified Seated Auction! This auction is slightly different from our other estate auctions. Most auctions are held at a private residence but several times a year we host a modified seated auction at Legacy Reception Hall in Phoenix. We call it a modified seated auction because we aren’t stuffy and you don’t have to sit…unless you want to! We give you the freedom to roam and preview and ask questions prior to the auction start and during the auction. The auction will be held indoors at a nice A/C cooled facility with plenty of chairs.
