This is a court ordered liquidation of all assets contained within and around the Las Asadas restaurant and the separate, stand alone bar, Cheers. This a NO RESERVE-NO MINIMUM auction, highest bid wins. Both businesses are located at 7004 San Dario Ave. in Laredo, TX near the Del Mar/I35 intersection. There is plenty of parking, so bring your trailers. A forklift with operator will be on-site to assist with the loading of your heavy purchases through Thursday, April 28th @ 4pm. Buyers will be responsible for disconnecting any hard wired appliances as well as disconnecting gas lines. Gas and electricity will be turned off. Buyers will have ONLY until April 28th @ 4pm to remove any appliances or fixtures that are within the buildings. Structural and architectual items purchased that are outside of the buildings must be removed by May 3rd @ 4pm. No exceptions. No items will be removed until the buyer's invoice is paid in full.
