Non refundable $4,000 Good Faith Deposit, is required after confirmation of high bid and upon submission of written offer. All measurements should be verified and bidders should have any/all inspections completed prior to close of auction. Closing should be within 45 days of close of auction.

A bidder/buyer will be permanently banned from Pioneer Auction Service LLC. Online Auctions for failing to honor the "REMOVAL" terms made under that bidder/buyer registration.
