This is a total liquidation auction. All items are sold as is where is. This is an online auction only. Lots will start closing on Wednesday 9/10/2025 at 7pm Eastern Time Zone. If you have any questions about the items please ask before bidding. This auction has items located in multiple Floors. Please be prepared & have Proper movers to move from the different levels. This is a 3 story house with a basement. We have tried to make sure everyone knows what level the items are on. This is a 100 year old home. Children are not allowed to come inside. We have way to much stuff to worry about children getting hurt. So PLEASE do not bring your children inside. There will be a 15% Buyers Premium and tax will apply unless we have a proper tax form. All invoices will be charged to the credit card on file in HiBid at the time of registration. If your credit card is declined at the time of invoicing, there will be a $15 processing fee added to the invoice. Please make sure to contact us before the closing of the auction if you need to use another credit card or make other payment arrangements. Invoicing is processed on the night of the auction after auction closes or first thing the morning after auction closing. If you do not get your invoice, Make sure you check your spame or type in the search bigbarnauctioncompany@gmail.com Pick up dates and times for this auction are as follows: Friday 9/12/2025 Time: 3pm to 7pm Saturday 9/13/2025 Time: 9am to 4pm Sunday 9/14/2025 Time: 9am to 4pm Any items not picked up will be forfeited and disposed of as seen fit unless we are contacted by the buyer. Shipping thru Big Barn Auction Company will NOT be Available for this Auction. If you would like your items shipped, you will need to contact a shipping company to pick up your items. The UPS Store 407-851-5772 A packing and shiper This location will pack your items and ship out for you. We will be able to drop off on Monday after pick up. Please make sure to supply them with a copy of your invoice as they will need to have in hand in order to pick up. . Please bring help to load any heavy items and any packing material needed for items that need packing. We will try to help as much as possible, but may be helping another buyer at that time. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.
