The unit is reported to have broken boom cylinder, and parking brake has an active code: 681-5 park brake solenoid current low, and for this reason it is NOT running. The unit is used and may have other damage, defects, or problems that are not immediately detectable. Customers are NOT allowed to turn on any vehicle during physical inspection. Parking brake has been bypassed to move the unit. Unit moves forward and backward, but due to the broken boom cylinder boom movement is very limited. it lifts just enough to get the bucket off the ground. Miami-Dade County strongly recommended physical inspection of the items before placing a bid.
