This is an onsite estate liquidation live absolute auction with absentee bidding enabled.  Everything WILL sell!!!  The property is near the intersection of Space Center Blvd & Bay Area Blvd. in Clear Lake, TX, 77058 actual address will be available Saturday morning.

Preview will be Sunday 17 April from 11 a.m. until the sale starts about 2:30 p.m. and will be conducted by Col. Erol Murat Texas Auctioneer License #17024.  Terms and conditions posted & available at sale site.

The consignees have downsized from a 2500+ sq Ft home into an assisted living facility and sold the homestead.  We are helping them liquidate the rest of their estate through a live auction open to the public and offering you the opportunity to own some of their treasures with which they must part.

For sale in this auction we have breweriana, some beautiful furniture, a couple refrigerator/ freezers one of which is a wonderful working, mid-century Frigidaire made by General Motors, coolers, yard art, pots & live plants, silk plants, patio furniture, a traveling bar, a Budweiser beer crate, collectible bottles, kitchenware to include some Houston Oilers memorabilia, a solid wood 6 chair dining table, a 4 rolling chair glass top breakfast table, assorted art, and many mystery boxes.

Please by careful where you park.  The driveways in the neighborhood of University Green are very close.  The side of the road is safe but if you block a piece of a driveway, they WILL tow.  there is also a park with some parking spaces about a block down the road.  Again, preview starts at 11am.  Come early and check everything out, there is a lot to see and you WILL want to dig through the box lots well before the auction starts ~2:30 pm.

Pick up will be immediately following the auction.  All items Must be paid for before you leave!!!  There will be a 2 hour window on Monday from 1 pm- 3 pm to pick up if you can not get your items Sunday night.  The consignee is under care at and required to be back at the assisted living quarters on a strict regiment, therefore, this 2 hour window is absolute with NO room for exceptions!!!!  At 3:00 pm the property will be closed to the public and any item left in the house will be removed by Serve Outdoors, a non-profit organization.

If you can not make it to the physical auction but want to bid, please email me at LizzieBAuction@gmail.com with your absentee bid.  the best I can offer for pickup in this case is of coarse Monday between 1-3 pm or I can have your items transferred to my auction house for a fee, and it will not be cheap so make sure there is no way you can get it before choosing this option,  at 6401 Long Point Rd and make an appointment with you to pick up there.
