Can't wait to see all of you at the load out Auction Preview / Pick-up / Load-Out Preview Dates - Sept. 10th From 8-7pm (We are open for more availability if you make arrangements for this) Load out: Wednesday, October 1st through 3rd (Can make arrangements for other pickup times, but all lots must by paid in full by the 3rd of October. Pickup by appointment only. Time slots available between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Load outs will stop from noon to 1:00pm each day for staff lunch Important Loadout Rules: All items must be removed during these dates unless prior arrangements are made. No exceptions will be made for late pickups without approval. Failure to schedule a removal time in advance will result in a $50 loading fee. Forklifts will be available to assist in loading; please be patient and allow extra time during peak hours. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during loading. Payment Terms All invoices must be paid in full before pick-up and/or within 3 business days of the load-out day's commencement. We accept credit cards, debit cards, wire transfer, or cashier's checks only. No personal checks, No Business Checks. Cashiers Checks should be made out to Red Stag Auctions. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to credit/debit card payments. Sales tax will be applied unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided at the end of each auction. Having a tax exemption on file at another Equip-Bid Location is not valid, it must be sent to eric@redstaginvestments at the end of each auction.
