We do not offer presale of items or give presale pricing in addition we do not offer presale prices over the phone.
We happily accept Cash and Credit Cards (over $20.00).
We do not accept Checks.
Please bring help to carry & load large items purchased from our sales.
We are not responsible for accidents at our sale locations.
All Sales are Final and all items are Sold As Is.
 
Sale Hours: Monday 9am to 11am. 

A single watch list can be used but must be maintained in person and not be attached to the sale property. If there are problems with the watch list numbers will be given out randomly.
Numbers are given out at 8:30am Monday; you must be present to receive one.
Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations, please be respectful of the neighbors and please do not block any driveways or sidewalks.
Please do not park on the grass.

Directions for our estate sale in Chicago this weekend:

From Diversey Parkway & Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, IL.

Take Lincoln Avenue north to West George Street.

Turn right (east) on West George Street and the house is 1222 and is on the north side of the street.

The best parking for the sale can be found on either Lincoln Avenue or Racine Avenue.

Please pay attention to all posted parking regulations.
