This is Beverly Ray’s final estate event—a rare opportunity to take home a part of her life, her design, and her story

Join us for the extraordinary final estate sale of Beverly K. Ray, featuring the cherished treasures from her Strait Lane estate. This remarkable property includes her beloved main home, the Cat House (as she fondly called her second home on the property), the Chicken Coop, and the Party Barn.

Set on five acres of beautifully cared-for grounds, this estate features seasonal gardens, ponds, flowing water features, and even a family of mallards—each detail a reflection of Beverly’s deep love for nature and animals. That same love shines through in every room, every collection, and every thoughtfully curated corner of the property.

Beverly was known for her flair for fashion, and this sale will include her stunning wardrobe of finer clothing and designer accessories. Along with art, furnishings, and unique collections, this is sure to be one of the largest and most memorable estate sales Dallas will see this year.

Her previous estate sale on Turtle Creek Blvd. sold out halfway through the second day, so while this event is scheduled for four full days, we encourage you to come early—if everything sells, the doors will close.

This final event is both a celebration of Beverly’s remarkable life and an opportunity to find treasures that will continue her legacy in new homes.

Each visit to Beverly K. Ray’s properties was an invitation into a world where beauty and design seamlessly melded with nature. The interiors, while enchanting, were only part of the story. It was the views, the way the outside world was thoughtfully incorporated into her spaces, that made each home a living work of art. Though it’s impossible to fully recreate these worlds she called home, we are honored to reimagine her estates and share a glimpse of the magic she so skillfully crafted.

You might wonder why this event isn’t taking place at the original properties. The simple answer: neither location provided the parking capacity for an event of this scale—whether in person or virtually. With great care and respect for Beverly’s vision, our team has set out to bring her world to life in a curated space in the heart of the Dallas Design District.

This is no ordinary estate sale. Our professional team, known for its attention to detail and expertise in recreating environments with authenticity and care, has worked tirelessly to ensure that each piece—from furniture to decor—captures the essence of Beverly’s remarkable taste. We’re not simply hosting a sale; we’re offering a rare opportunity to step into a reimagined piece of her world.

Before the sale opens to the public, we will be hosting an exclusive Friends & Family event. Some items may have already been selected during the Friends & Family event, but don’t worry—there are still plenty of treasures waiting for you.

For those of you curious about Beverly K. Ray’s extraordinary life and legacy, we encourage you to explore her history. Her impact and accomplishments are as vast as her vision, and it’s with great pride that we honor her through this event.

If you request an item to be marked “Sold” or place it in our hold area, it is considered purchased by you.

For items you are certain about, please ask a team member to tag them. Smaller items can be given to our hold attendants while you continue shopping.

4.   Content Creators

We welcome positive, uplifting photos and videos of our events. We ask you do not video shoppers without their permission.

5.   Methods of Payment

We accept cash, or credit cards, ApplePay and PayPal with a 3% courtesy fee on the entire purchase (the 3% courtesy fee is being implemented immediately).

6.    Pre-Sales & Special Events

We do not pre-sell items before the public sale dates, unless noted for a private Friends & Family event (we do not have the ability to add anyone to these private events).

6.   Security & Surveillance

Our events are monitored by both audio and video surveillance, as well as onsite security.

Jewelry, coins, gold, sterling, and designer pieces are removed from the site after hours.

Many events have 24-hour onsite security—please do not startle them.

We occasionally add high-value consignments to our estates. Have fine jewelry, art, designer items, or automobiles you’d like to consign? We’d love to hear from you.
