4. PAYMENT TERMS
Immediately Upon Auction Close: Winning bidder must provide 10% of final bid amount (excluding buyer's premium). Payment by check only, made payable to Missouri Abstract & Title Company. 5% buyer's premium added to final bid amount due at closing. Earnest money serves as liquidated damages if buyer fails to close.
