Caveat Emptor. All merchandise is sold "as is, where is." Descriptions are believed to be correct but are not guaranteed. Reserve Price: Some lots are offered subject to a reserve. A reserve is a confidential minimum price below which such lot will not be sold. Auctioneer will act to protect the reserve by bidding. The auctioneer may open the bidding on any lot below the reserve by placing a bid on behalf of the Seller and may continue to bid on behalf of the Seller up to the amount of the reserve.

Absentee Bids: Just because you have left an absentee bid for a certain amount does not mean you will ultimately win the item if it is sold at that amount. Our auctioneer takes bids from all parties including absentee and on-line bidders. We try to ensure that all bids are represented equally.

The highest qualified Bidder recognized by the Auctioneer shall be the buyer. Auctioneer's decision and declaration of the winning Bidder shall be final and binding upon all Bidders. Bids properly offered, whether by floor bidder or other means of bidding, may on occasion be missed or go unrecognized; in such cases, the Auctioneer may declare the recognized bid accepted as the winning bid, regardless of whether a competing bid may have been higher.
