EARLY PREVIEWWednesday, Sept. 17th from 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. PICKUP / LOAD-OUTONE DAY ONLY Thursday, Sept. 18th from 3 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. and will be held ON-SITE. NO SHIPPING or DELIVERY WILL BE OFFERED, ARRANGED OR CONSIDERED. The Buyer is solely responsible for removal of their own purchases. Please ensure you have adequate means for loadout as there will no help onsite. Items not picked up during the dedicated pickup time will be forfeited and disposed of. ONLINE ONLY AUCTION DESCRIPTIONThis Online Auction will begin to conclude Wednesday, September 17th beginning at 7 p.m. CST. ***PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BID*** You must let us know prior to bidding IF YOU ARE TAX EXEMPT or IF YOU PREFER TO PAY BY CHECK VS. CREDIT CARD. All credit cards on file will be charged in full at the close of the auction and NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE to your card for ANY REASON. There will be a 2 minute soft close on each lot. A soft close prevents individuals from entering a bid at the very last second before an auction closes with the intent to prevent others from bidding higher. This means that if a bidder enters a bid within two minutes of the lot’s initial closing time, a two-minute extension will be added on. The lot will not close until bidding is static for two minutes. TIE BIDS: In the event there is a tie ‘Max Bid’, the item will be awarded to who placed the bid first. Credit Cards will be processed immediately following the close of the auction unless stated otherwise. A 4% Buyer’s Premium & 9.4% Oklahoma Sales Tax will be added to the total receipt amount. A 3% convenience fee will be added on all Credit/Debit card purchases. SHIPPING: We DO NOT provide shipping. Please ensure you have the ability to pick-up items BEFORE you bid. NO EXCEPTIONS. Purchases cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for in full. |
