This property will be sold on a timed online auction. Bidding will begin to close on October 6th, 2025 at 12PM CST (noon)

Close Process: The auction will begin to close at the advertised time. We use a soft close. This means that if a lot receives a bid within 5 minutes of its close, that lot will have its close time extended back to 5 minutes, this will give other bidders a chance to bid again. When no bids are received for 5 minutes, that lot will close.

You acknowledge that the internet may be an unreliable and error-prone network. Legacy Auction Company will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion. Legacy Auction Company and its employees will not be responsible for any interruptions in online bidding. At the sole discretion of the Company, the auction may be suspended, postponed, or cancelled if internet service is unstable or disrupts the online portion of any event that is simulcast as an Internet Auction.

Closing: The sale closing will be within 30 days of auction closing on a date agreed to by both parties. Certified funds will be required at the time of closing for the remaining balance of the purchase. The balance shall be paid in the form of certified funds upon closing.
