By registering and accepting terms you agree to enter into a legal contract to abide by and to be bound by the terms and conditions of the auction. There is 15% buyer's premium added to all bidder purchases no discounts. 7% Sales tax applies to all in state bidders. Payment is due at conclusion of auction. Cash is only accepted on car purchases. No checks. Bid retractions or cancellations will not be accepted. All sales are final, and the highest bidder has no right of rescission and no refund or exchanges. When registering for the auction you hereby agree that there will be no refunds.

You must bring help for furniture and larger pieces as well as packing supplies. We will not have staff available for moving heavy items or packing materials. All items must be picked up by the high bidder or arrangements made. Any item not picked up after pickup window becomes the property of Johnson Auction Service Inc.

All items are sold 'as is' and 'where is' with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers are to rely upon their own inspection, judgement, and research to determine value and condition. Any description provided is done so as a service to interested buyers and does not imply any warranty. If a lot is pictured with items on it, you are purchasing the item described and not the contents unless stated otherwise. This applies to non-visual contents in furniture as well.

Shipping: Bidders that need shipping must contact us by EMAIL after invoice is recieved and understand that there is a min $10.00 packing and handling charge per shipped box plus the UPS Or USPS charge. Please allow a 4-5-day period for processing.
SHIPPING ADDRESS MUST MATCH CREDIT CARD REGISTRATION, OR WE WILL NOT SHIP.

Bring backs to auction house: $10.00 min fee applies when you pick it up for a few small items.
On larger purchases and furniture feel free to ask for a quote first.
