All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Bidder must be at least 18 years old to bid.
The winning bidder is responsible for full payment and pickup of items. A 10% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by cash or check (No out of State Checks Please) and picked up on the scheduled pickup day(s). A 15% buyers premium applies to all purchases paid for by CC or that do not or cannot get picked up by close of business on the pickup day and any item needing shipped, the winning bidders credit card (Visa and Mastercard ONLY) will be charged for the full invoice total and any shipping fees that may apply. All winning bidders must pickup their items .

All items are sold as is where is with no warranty or guarantee. Sales tax will be charged unless a sales tax id number is provided or the item is being shipped out of PA. This is a timed auction but please note the Auto-Extend Feature is enabled which will leave the bidding open for any item that has received a bid within the last minute from the last recorded bid time, even if the the ending time has been reached. This feature has been added to eliminate sniping and to make the online bidding process more like a 'LIVE' auction.

Welcome to our newest auction.  This is a smaller downsizing auction in Freedom, PA.  Due to the size of most of the items, this auction will be local pick up only.  We apologize to all of our out of state bidders, but these items are mostly too large to ship. 

If tools are your thing, we’ve got you covered.  The consignor is a very talented wood worker who is downsizing some of his woodworking tools.  We’ve also got furniture including two complete bedroom sets.  Please bring help to pick up, many of these items are very heavy.  For those of you with allergies, we need to inform you that this home did have 2 dogs.  The house is smoke and cat free.

This is a residential neighborhood, please be mindful of where you park.  Please be respectful of the neighbors by obeying the posted speed limit. The home has been sold, so please be mindful of how you remove your items.   For those of you who are interested in the wood working equipment and other large machinery, please be advised that all of it is either in the garage or in an outdoor shed, so there are no stairs to contend with. 

Pick up will be held onsite on October 4. If you can’t attend on that day, you may send someone else to pick up your items.  If that doesn’t work, please don’t bid.  We will not be offering an alternative day or time as the home is sold.  We also will not hauling your purchases back for you.   We will provide the address to winning bidders only.
