First come, first serve. We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside at any time for fire and safety reasons. All Sales are Final. Cash is always accepted (bring small bills just in case change is not available). Credit & Debit Cards accepted for purchases over $20 (No American Express), PayPal Accepted (checks not accepted). Buyer(s) are responsible for removal of any purchased items. Please bring assistance for lifting, trailers or hand trucks. Limited assistance available on-site.
Please DO NOT park your car on the street unless it leaves plenty of room for traffic to get by. There is parking inside the gate. DO NOT block the roundabout driveway so others can enter and exit.
DO NOT Block Driveways or park in neighbors yards or grass
Déjà vu Vintiques and the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents on the property.
DO NOT walk out on the pier or in the back yard.
Please respect all signs that are posted inside and outside of the estate. We are conducting an Estate Sale not an Auction or Garage Sale!
This estate is a waterfront property, we ask that no children be brought to the estate sale or to be allowed on the premises at any time
Please do not bring pets. No animals allowed inside or outside on the premises.
