SHIPPING

We use a platform called Shipping Saint for our shipping. They will send a tex and or email post auction. Even if you have selected shipping through hibid you will need to click on the link and follow the instructions.

We charge a $5 flat handling fee for all orders, plus the cost of materials and the shipping cost. We will try and ship the most affordable way we can. Shipping can be expensive. Sadly it is the way of the world at the moment everything is just more expensive. I charge a handling fee and cost of materials so I can keep someone employed in order to be able to provide shipping.

There may be a disconnect in what shipping costs and what a buyer might think it costs. In the event we have not heard from you within 48 hours post auction through shipping saint, we reserve the right to charge the card on file in hibid at our discretion for costs associated in order to get the merchandise out.

Mind Your Manners

We are a small, family-owned business. Respectful communication is required.

Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

Be a decent human being kindness will be reciprocated.

As-Is, Where-Is

All items are sold as-is, where-is. Tyler Grace Auctions and employees are not responsible for measurement errors, descriptions, or condition issues.

Previews are strongly encouraged.

We utilize Artificial Inteligence in our listings. Sometimes there can be differences in the listing versus the actuality of the item. While we do our best to proofread errors can occur. In order to handle discrepencies we are stating that the most accurate description or the picture. If the picture contradicts the description and the picture is correct then we will fall back to that. If the description is the most accurate we will fall back to that.

Out-of-state bidders waive any claims for condition disputes by choosing to bid remotely.

Autographs: Regardless of COA (Certificate of Authenticity), Tyler Grace Auctions makes no guarantees on authenticity. Buyers are solely responsible for verifying authenticity prior to bidding.

Buyers Premium

As of 7/04/2024, the buyers premium is 20% (added to the hammer price).

Previews

Dates/times are listed in each auction description.

No previews on Saturdays or Sundays (reserved for pickups).

Please do not bring children or pets breakage is the bidders responsibility.

Box Lots

Items in box lots may be broken, damaged, or of mixed quality. Bid accordingly.

Payment

If your credit card on file is outdated or invalid, contact us before auction close.

Backup bidders may be charged if the original bidder fails to pay.

Invalid cards may result in suspension from future auctions.

While cash is not normally accepted, the auctioneer reserves the right to require it.

$10 inconvenience fee applies for declined cards.

Unpaid invoices may be charged to cards from previous registrations. Bidding is a contract.

Non-payment may result in collection action. Bidder agrees to pay all costs of collection, including attorneys fees and court costs.

3rd Party Movers

For large-item delivery, we recommend:

Chips Transport Service: 972-408-7235 (text pictures + address).

Alternate contact: Ike Downing, 214-682-7266, jagike@gmail.com
.

Movers are independent contractors and not employed by Tyler Grace Auctions. Fees and services are negotiated directly between bidder and mover. Advance scheduling recommended.

Pickup Locations

Weekly auctions: Addison location.

City-named auctions: held at private residences (usually one-day pickups).

Pickup Day Rules

Bring your own help, tools, dollies, blankets, and packing.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages due to you not bringing sufficient help or equipment.

Lack of sufficient help does not excuse failure to pick up no refunds will be given.

Be prepared for stairs or unusual access.

Failure to pick up items = property forfeited, no refunds.

Lots must be taken in full. Leaving behind items will incur a $100 disposal fee.

Damage caused to property during removal may result in charges to the card on file.

Statements made on sale day override all printed terms.

Failure to pick up risks being banned from future auctions.

Quality consignments welcome. Email photos for approval before drop-off.

Standard commission: 25% for drop-offs.

All consignments subject to auctioneer approval.

If the picture contradicts the description and the picture is correct then we will fall back to that. If the description is the most accurate we will fall back to that. Mind Your Manners We are a small, family-owned business. Respectful communication is required. Rude or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason. In order to handle discrepencies we are stating that the most accurate description or the picture. If the picture contradicts the description and the picture is correct then we will fall back to that. If the description is the most accurate we will fall back to that.
