AUCTION FORMAT
" Online Only Auction
" Units are sold in their entirety - you are bidding on the full contents of each storage unit.
" Each lot closes 10 seconds apart. Any bid placed in the last 2 minutes will extend that lot by 2 minutes until no further bids are received.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
" All bidders must register with a valid email, mailing address, phone number, and credit card.
" You do not have to pay with the card used for registration. Accepted payments: Cash, Wisconsin Check, Credit, or Debit.
" Incomplete or false registration information will result in denied access to the auction.

PAYMENT & UNIT ACCESS
" Winning Bidder: Please contact Trina at (715) 305-2475 immediately after the auction closes to make arrangements to pay and gain unit access.
" Payment is made upon gaining access to the unit.
" Winning bidder has 48 hours to completely clean out the unit.
Accepted Payments:
" Cash, Wisconsin Check, Credit, or Debit
" Buyer's Premium: 14% (10% with Cash/Check; 4% discount applied)
" Wisconsin Sales Tax: 5.5% (unless tax exempt - S-211 form required)
" Refundable Cleaning Deposit: $100 per unit (refundable after inspection; cleaning deposit refund check will be mailed to the account address on file, when unit has been broom swept and all trash removed within the 48 hours - no dumpster available).
Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.

TERMS OF SALE
" All items sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS - no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
" All sales are final - no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
" The buyer assumes full responsibility for items once the auction company accepts the final bid.
" Units may be removed from the auction if the renter pays their balance prior to closing.
" Announcements take precedence over printed material.
" Any tampering with items will result in prosecution.
" Iggy's Auction House reserves the right to update terms at any time on its website and to cancel or reschedule auctions, including removal of storage units if obligations are met before auction close.

BIDDING INFORMATION
" Bid Increments: $1.00
" Staggered Close: Lots close every 10 seconds.
" Soft Close: Any bid within the last 2 minutes extends that lot by 2 minutes.

Live Catalog Feature:
Use the Live Catalog (Feature is available at 5:30 PM on closing day) to view and bid in real time. View Lot# 5A for more Information on this feature. Do not rely on watch lists or bid lists, as they require manual refreshing. The bids are constantly changing.

Max Bids:
You may set the highest amount you're willing to pay. The system will automatically bid on your behalf in set increments until your maximum is reached. Example:
" If the current bid is $20 and your max bid is $250, you will be the high bidder at $21. If no one else bids higher, you win at $21, not $250.
" If another bidder places $150, your bid will advance to $151.

AFTER THE AUCTION
" Contact Trina at (715)305-2475 immediately following the auction closing to make arrangements to pay and get access to storage unit.
" You will receive an invoice by email (check spam folder if not received).
" Units must be cleaned out within 48 hours of the auction closing.

LEGAL NOTES
" By bidding, you acknowledge you have read and accepted these terms and conditions, creating a legal and binding contract.
" Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Iggy's Auction House, LLC, its officers, members, and employees from any claims arising out of auction participation.
" Wisconsin law governs all disputes. Invalid provisions will be struck without affecting the remainder.
" Iggy's Auction House reserves the right to update terms at any time on its website and to cancel or reschedule auctions, including removal of storage units if obligations are met before auction close.
