Auction Terms & Conditions
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or returns.
By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have read the description, examined through photos, or in person the items to their satisfaction.

Favaro Auction Service reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion.
Applicable taxes of 5.5% sales tax will be charged to Wisconsn Residents unless a sales tax exemption form is provided PRIOR TO AUCTION CLOSE or unless the auction is considered tax exempt.

MAX BIDDING: When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn�t automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increase as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified.

Favaro Auction Service will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of any item. Bidder agrees that everything is sold in an (AS -IS WHERE-IS) condition and that they may not return any item they purchase.

Please note these items are sold one time with non-retractable bids. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract and ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
A Buyer's Fee of 10% will be charged for Cash & Wisconsin Checks Only. Additional 5% fee when paying with Credit Card.
In the event of failure of the HiBid online bidding system or other technical failure. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Favaro Auction Service or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before, during or the ending of the auction.. Favaro Auction Service reserves the right to cancel, extend and/or reopen the auction.

The bidder contract entered between the bidder whose name is registered to this account and Favaro Auction Service. Bidder and auctioneers agree that the terms listed below shall govern this auction.
If this is your first time registering, we will run a temporary $1.00 authorization on your credit card. This authorization charge will be returned within 7-10 business days.

ANY PAYMENT RETURNED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, OR ANY CREDIT CARD WHICH IS DECLINED MAY VOID YOUR AUCTION PURCHASE(S) AT OUR DISCRETION.

The credit card used for registration will be charged following the auction unless you specifically contact us within 12 hrs after the auction has ended to arrange alternative payment. We accept cash or checks from Wisconsin Residents only. You will be charged a 10% Buyers fee plus applicable sales tax - Additional 5% fee when paying with Credit Card.
Invoices exceeding $250 will be charged a $100 deposit following the close of the auction. Remaining balance must be paid with credit card, cash or Wisconsin check upon pick-up

Auction end times: Favaro Auction Service online auctions are timed events and all bidding will close at specified times. Favaro Auction Service online auctions also have an auto extend or "Soft Close" feature so when a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of bidding the auction bidding will automatically be extended two minutes from the time the bid was placed. The auto extend / Soft close feature remains active until no further bids are received within a two-minute time frame. If paying with cash or Wisconsin check, please notify us by email within 12 hours after the end of auction. If you do not, your credit card will be automatically charged.

Favaro Auction Service does not test all items. All descriptions are believed true, inspections are encouraged (when available). Measurements are approximate sizes.

You are bidding on the described item, and the photography. However, It is possible for the wrong photo to be displayed, be sure to always read the description.

It is very important for you to keep refreshing your page to see the current bids and to see if you have been outbid.

� OUT OF STATE BUYERS MUST HAVE GUN SHIPPED TO A LICENSED FIREARMS DEALER IN THE STATE THEY RESIDE IN - BUYERS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING CHARGES
� ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
� FIREARMS WILL NOT BE SOLD TO BIDDERS THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH ALL REQUIREMENTS
� FIREARMS WILL NOT BE SOLD OUTSIDE THE U.S.A.
� WE WILL NOT SELL OR SHIP FIREARMS TO NY, CT, CA.

PICK-UP:
The Favaro Auction Service staff is always willing to help during the p/u times, but please do not depned on us to move, carry or load items for you. You must be able to carry and load your own items, and provide any boxes and/or packing material needed for transportation of items.

If you can not make the pick up times alloted for an auction, you must contact us prior to bidding to make other arrangements. If you do not, they're may be additional charges for an alternative pick up time.
If your items are left behind after the offered pick up date or dates and do not make arrangements for an alternative pick up time, the buyer will be charged a daily storage fee of $10 for item(s) purchased. Once the storage fees exceed the item(s) purchased value, the item(s) will be considered abandoned and will be forfeited to Favaro Auction Service.

Shippable items will be shipped out within 7-10 business days from end of auction. Buyer to pay for all shipping fees & charges. PLEASE CHECK WITH US TO MAKE SURE THE ITEM YOU ARE BIDDING ON IS SHIPPABLE.
