AUCTION ORDER

Tract 5 will sell first, followed by Tract 6Tracts 1-4 will be offered under sequential purchaser privileges as follows: Tract 1 will be offered next. The winning bidder of Tract 2 will then have the right to purchase Tract 3 and/or Tract 4 at the same price per acre as the winning Tract 2 bid, and so on.
