Luther Auctions does not guarantee any information in outside appraisals. Items marked as "tested gold" are not marked but have been tested for gold content. If an item must be returned because it is not as cataloged (i.e. gold content, diamond, etc) Luther Auctions must be notified within 5 business days of the auction date. Payment: Domestic payments less than $5,000.00 can be made via Cash, Local Check (we reserve the right to hold merchandise until check clears), Major Credit Card, or Wire Transfer. ALL payments over $5,000.00 AND international payments must be made via direct wire transfer. Purchases of jewelry & precious metals may also require a wire transfer at auctioneer's discretion. You will need to pay sales tax unless you have a resale tax exemption number (You will need to complete a Minnesota ST3 Certificate of Exemption Form.
