Basic Terms & Conditions:

Winner bidder will be required to enter into a written contract depicting the terms and conditions of auction agreement.

Valid Credit card required for bidding approval. Cash or good check accepted. Credit card accepted with 4% convience fee. 12% buyers premium.

Not responsible for accidents or articles after sold. All items are sold "as-is." Assets are subject to additions and deletions.

Buyer is responsible for providing their own help, packing material, or tools needed to take apart items (if deemed necessary for removal, buyer is responsible in determining this) to load out items purchased. Lestinsky Auctioneers is not responsible for providing any of this.

Please be respectful of the property when removing items.
Wire transfers are accepted, with a $15 service fee added on to total purchase amount.

All items are sold "as-is". Descriptions are believed to be correct, we make no guarantees, as to the condition, authenticity of, or descriptions used in advertising. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to inspect items conditions & authenticity prior to bidding.
